RANGE FINANCIAL CORPORATION DECLARES DIVIDEND

Range Financial Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of 79 cents per share payable on March 15, 2005 to the shareholders of record on March 1, 2005. This is the first quarterly dividend paid in 2005.

Range Financial Corporation is a two-bank holding company that owns The First National Bank of Negaunee and the First National Bank of Calumet-Lake Linden. Each bank is managed independently with their individual Board of Directors and Officers to serve the needs of their local communities. The First National Bank of Negaunee, chartered in 1887, has over $140 million in assets and serves Marquette and Dickinson Counties with eight offices and eight ATM locations. The First National Bank of Calumet-Lake Linden, chartered in 1888, has over $52 million in assets and serves the Keweenaw and Houghton markets with four offices and three ATM locations.

SCOTT REILLY PROMOTED TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

The First National Bank of Negaunee is pleased to announce that Scott Reilly was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the bank at the December 30, 2004 Board of Directors meeting. Reilly, who joined the bank in November 1999, was named Executive Vice President in September 2001 with responsibilities in the areas of branch administration, facilities, consumer lending, marketing, and new product development. In the additional role of Chief Operating Officer, he will continue with his current responsibilities, assume oversight of the Human Resource and Mortgage Departments and will increase his administrative role at Range Financial Corporation.

Reilly is currently a director of the Economic Club of Marquette County and Treasurer of the American Legion Veterans Memorial Committee. He previously served with a number of local organizations including Bay Cliff, Kiwanis, Marquette Area Chamber of Commerce, Hiawathaland Council of the Boy Scouts and is a veteran of the Army National Guard. Reilly and his wife Dee reside in Marquette.

Range Financial Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of 81 cents per share payable on December 15, 2004 to the shareholders of record on December 1, 2004. This is the fourth quarterly dividend paid in 2004 and brings the total dividend paid in 2004 to $3.18 per share.

Marquette County Financial Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of 81 cents per share payable on December 15, 2003 to the shareholders of record on December 1, 2003. This will bring the total dividends paid this year to $3.18 per share.

Marquette County Financial Corporation is a two-bank holding company that owns The First National Bank of Negaunee and the First National Bank of Calumet-Lake Linden. Each bank is managed independently with their individual Board of Directors and Officers to serve the needs of their local communities. The First National Bank of Negaunee, chartered in 1887, has over $126 million in assets and serves Marquette County with seven offices and seven ATM locations. In addition, in September 2003 the bank opened the Twin Cities Banking Office on Carpenter Avenue in Kingsford as a part of its continuing expansion. The First National Bank of Calumet-Lake Linden, chartered in 1888, has almost $50 million in assets and serves the Keweenaw and Houghton markets with three offices and two ATM locations
